Created Issue: Default Consolas font does not display correctly on Windows XP [13578]

The default font currently used for output text is Consolas. This font while looking great on Windows 7 and Windows Vista, it does not stay monospaced when a bold effect is applied on Windows XP. (The font is also generally not avalible on most Windows XP installs by default.)

The default font for legacy systems should be changed to Courier New as this does display correctly with bold effects and is installed by default on all supported Windows versions.

Closed Issue: Output scrollbar's thumb becomes too small [7043]

When many lines of text have been received, the output box's scrollbar thumb becomes too small to be useful.

Key changes:
* Increase the minimum size the thumb can become.
* Provide keyboard scrolling options (Page Up and Down)

Closed Issue: Scrolling can cause lag [8046]

When rendering multiple incoming lines, the act of scrolling the incoming data can make the application appear slow.

The app should wait to see if another line is coming in before it starts rendering pending lines.

In addition, the app needs to support the ability to 'render now' at the request of the user and display status information that text is still coming in.

Most multi-tab communication clients give a visual indicator when a non-active tab receives a new message- usually, the tab text changes color, or the tab blinks. Amuse should implement this basic feature at some point.

The logic for this feature should be placed in the ViewModel so the graphic elements of the View can go looking for their required state and apply it automatically via Databinding. The View will need to feed back to the VM when it has become active.

Let me add a proviso to this. A tab should be scrolled to the bottom if and only if the scroll position was at the bottom when the tab was left. If the tab was off the bottom, its position should be preserved. If I've highlighted a position, I want Amuse to stay there- I don't want to lose position by tabbing away. But if I get a new message, and I was already reading the most recent messages, I'd like to see it immediately.
